Screen Printing is the process of applying ink to a fabric or material using a mesh or silk screen adding one color at at time. The graphic is applied to the top of the material adding addition feel and weight.
Sublimation is the process of printing a special sublimation ink, onto sublimation transfer paper, using a sublimation printer. Unlike screen printing the ink becomes part of the fabric and adds no added feel or weight.
Digital printing uses special ink that is directly applied to the garment using a special printer that prints the desired design to a precise location. Similar to printing on paper.
Embroidery is the process of taking a design or logo and stitching into the apparel or fabric such as shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. The finished product is very professional and durable for the life of the item imprinted.
Heat Transfer Vinyl is a process of applying vinyl graphics to a fabric using a commercial heat press. The colors are applied one at a time and must be heated correctly to ensure proper garment adherence.
Custom laser engraved tumblers are very popular due to their durability and lifespan. Laser engraved designs last longer than die-cut decals or painted decals which tend to scratch off or eventually fade.
Die Cut Decals are single color or multi colored designs printed onto adhesive paper or vinyl. They are then cut precisely to the desired design outline using a special die cutting machine or plotter. Often used on cars, windows or personal items such as tumblers.
